THE FIRST PHASE OF OUR WESTSIDE LANDSCAPING project is complete. Walkways, lawn and drought-tolerant plantings were installed this past fall and winter, opening up additional areas to explore and views of Mount Hood in the distance. A rock garden, with site-harvested basalt, stepping stones across a bioswale, and interpretive signage about the Gorge geologic formations are in the works. If you are interested in supporting the second phase of the Westside Landscaping Project, please click here.

ADIEU – PLEASE JOIN US Saturday, February 20 at 4 p.m. for a reception as we bid adieu to two of our museum staff.
Carrie Clark, the museum’s curator of education has been with Maryhill for 18 years, during which she has created numerous meaningful education programs. Shakespeare-in-the-Garden, student exhibitions, and most recently, the popular Art Parties series were all implemented by Carrie. Over the years, she coordinated our Museum Week programs, partnered with area educators, and worked with many of our volunteers.
We will also bid farewell to Vonda Chandler, whose efforts have been instrumental to the success of our annual auction. Vonda has also volunteered with our Museum Week program for many years and will continue to do so. Please come join in the fun as we honor both Vonda and Carrie
