We all know that Christmas will be here before we know it. An exciting time of year full of shopping, holiday parties, and of course, wine. But amidst the chaos, one big question looms: “What will I serve for dinner?”

If you’re looking to shake up your Christmas spread and offer an unforgettable food and wine pairing for your guests, look no further than Jacob Williams Winery and acclaimed health coach and chef, Timothy Saur.

Join us on Saturday, December 16th for an interactive Christmas cooking demonstration and wine pairing class. Pulling from his years of experience, Timothy has chosen fun holiday dishes that pair beautifully with our wines and can be easily prepared during the hectic season. Timothy’s focus on sustainable, organic products with an emphasis on healthy eating will give you something to truly smile about this Christmas.

“Dining, Wining & Glad Tidings”, will be held from 3-4:30pm on Saturday, December 16th in the Jacob Williams Wine Club Lounge. The event is open to the public but Wine Club members receive preferred booking. If reservations galore fill our stockings, Timothy will host an additional, and identical, demonstration from 1-2:30 on the same day.

Tickets are $45 per person and must be purchased in advance. Tickets include a flight of Jacob Williams Winery signature wines (6-8 tastes) along with small, tapa-style portions of each holiday dish. Timothy will also provide recipe cards for referral and future use. In addition, all guests will receive 10% off wine purchased the day of the event. Wine club members enjoy an additional 10% off.

Reservations can be made in the Jacob Wlliams Winery tasting room, over the phone or by email. In the case of inclement weather, we will offer a 2 day cancellation notice and the entire ticket price will be reimbursed. If you do not show on the day of the event, the ticket fee will not be reimbursed.

When it comes to throwing a party, no American city can do it better than New Orleans. That’s why Chef Kathy Watson is taking us there for New Year’s Eve. Expect a menu rich in seafood, duck, and of course, chocolates and pecans! Our New Years, New Orleans feast will be offered on two nights: Saturday, December 30 (SOLD OUT) and Sunday, December 31, at 6:00 pm.
The four-course menu will remain, as always, something we reveal at dinner. To celebrate the new year, we are giving you an exclusive choice of your first course: Hood Canal Oysters on the half-shell or Dungeness crab, both prepared to perfection by Chef Kathy. Our winery partner will be the exquisite, small-production wines of Willow Wines; you will be able to purchase a wine pairing, by-the-glass or bottle, for the evening.
Our intimate winter digs will seat 22 people each night, in our cozy ice house or our inviting kitchen. Four VIP seats each night are available at the kitchen bar, where you can watch Kathy and her crew prepare your dinner, and of course, slip you extra tastes. The seats at the kitchen bar will go to those who first request them, so reserve now if you’d like this fun experience. Seating is precious and limited.
